The Re'tu are a race slightly out of phase with the rest of reality. Not only this, but their evolutionary path -unlike human monkeys- spawned from a being closest resembling earth spiders -most likely the phase spider. With millenium of evolution, and a constant warlike state amongst the race, they grew very strong in covert ability, strength and agressiveness although it cannot be said that a single philosophy encompasses all Re'tu. Arriving in the choas realms long ago, they are at home here, although due to the nature of the realm, they are not completely out of phase here, since all things can be at the same time, same place, same frequency, and all times, all places, all frequencies simutaneously here -unlike the established realities. Even still -the ability to adjust phase frequency is not gone - just not as effective as elsewhere where natural law still holds. If you are not with them, you are breeding vessels for their young!
